How can stronger connections between initial teacher education (ITE) and continuous professional development (CPD) support teachers throughout their careers? This video highlights the key achievements, activities and outputs developed through ContinueUP, a European project dedicated to strengthening the continuum between initial teacher education and continuous professional development. Over three years, project partners worked together to explore new approaches to teacher learning, develop practical resources, pilot innovative training opportunities and foster dialogue around the future of teacher professional development across Europe.
