About the Joint Resource Pack

The Joint Resource Pack was developed within ContinueUP to support stronger coherence between initial teacher education (ITE) and continuous professional development (CPD). It brings together shared pedagogical thinking, practical resources, and complementary learning materials that help teacher educators and CPD providers design more connected learning experiences across a teacher’s career.

The pack includes conceptual guidance, thematic content, practical activities, tools, examples, and recommendations. It can be explored as a complete resource or by section, depending on users’ needs and interests.
